1. Introduction

Welcome to Aurone Labs. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Use of the Website

You must be at least 18 years old to use our website or make purchases. By using this website, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the website.

3. Account Responsibilities

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Points System

Aurone Labs operates a points-based usage system. All features and functionalities across our products (Stock Radar, iSigner, MockSphere, and VizLife) consume points from your account balance. A single Aurone Labs account provides access to all products, and the same point balance is shared across every product.

New accounts earn points progressively as they get started, rather than receiving a single grant at sign-up. A new user receives 20 points on account creation and can earn up to 250 points in total by completing the following getting-started milestones:

• Account creation — 20 points.
• Verifying your email address — 100 points.
• Returning to the platform on your second and third days — 15 points each (30 points total).
• Activating your account — 100 points.

• All points expire 30 days after they are granted, except points purchased via pay-as-you-go, which never expire. This 30-day expiry applies to getting-started (milestone) points, referral points, and subscription points alike. Each grant is dated individually and expires 30 days from its own grant date.
• Expired points are removed from your balance automatically and cannot be reinstated. Expiry happens silently; the 30-day validity is disclosed at the time points are granted and at checkout, so no separate reminder is sent.
• Points earned through subscriptions (Plus or Pro) are credited at the start of each billing cycle and, like other non-purchased points, are valid for 30 days from the date they are granted. Unused subscription points do not roll over to the next billing period.
• Points consumption rates may vary by product and feature. Detailed point costs for each action are displayed within the respective product interface.
• Aurone Labs reserves the right to adjust the point consumption rates, milestone rewards, or milestone requirements for any feature at any time, with reasonable notice provided to active subscribers.

5. Purchasing Points

Users may purchase additional points without subscribing to a monthly plan at the rate of Rs 2 per point. Purchased points are credited to your account immediately upon successful payment.

• All point purchases are final and non-refundable. Once points have been credited to your account, they cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, or refunded under any circumstances.
• Purchased points do not expire unless your account is terminated due to a violation of these terms.
• Aurone Labs reserves the right to change the price per point at any time. Any price change will apply only to future purchases and will not affect points already credited to your account.
• In the event of a billing error or duplicate charge, please contact our support team within 14 days at support@auronelabs.org for resolution.

6. Subscription Plans & Pricing Changes

Aurone Labs offers monthly subscription plans (Plus and Pro) that provide a recurring allocation of points along with access to tier-specific features.

• Subscription pricing, included point allocations, and features are subject to change. Aurone Labs reserves the right to modify subscription fees, adjust the number of points included, or add or remove features from any plan at any time.
• Active subscribers will be notified of any pricing or feature changes at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing period.
• Upon cancellation, you retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, your account will revert to the Free tier.
• Aurone Labs reserves the right to introduce new subscription tiers or discontinue existing ones with prior notice.

7. Referral Program

Aurone Labs offers a referral program that rewards users with points as the users they invite reach key milestones. Rewards are earned progressively rather than as a single bonus, and the amount depends on the referrer's active plan at the time each milestone is reached:

• The referred user verifies their email — 50 points (Free) / 75 points (Plus or Pro).
• The referred user activates their account — 50 points (Free) / 75 points (Plus or Pro).
• The referred user's first point purchase — 50 points (Free) / 75 points (Plus or Pro).
• The referred user's first Plus or Pro subscription — 100 points (Free) / 150 points (Plus or Pro).
• The maximum earned per referral is 250 points for Free referrers and 375 points for Plus or Pro referrers.

• Referral points are credited only after the referred user completes the corresponding milestone with a genuine, verified account.
• Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent sign-ups are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of referral points and potential account suspension.
• Aurone Labs reserves the right to modify referral point values, impose referral caps, or discontinue the referral program at any time without prior notice.
• Referral points are non-transferable and non-refundable.

8. Orders and Payments

By placing an order on our website (purchasing points or subscribing to a plan), you are making an offer to purchase the selected digital products or services.

• You agree to provide valid and up-to-date payment information and authorise us to charge the total order amount, including applicable taxes, to your chosen payment method.
• We use trusted third-party payment processors to handle your payment information securely. Aurone Labs does not store or have direct access to your full payment card details.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to errors in pricing, suspected fraudulent activity, or issues identified by our payment processors.
• All digital products and services are delivered electronically. Points are credited to your account immediately upon successful payment. Subscription benefits are activated instantly upon successful billing.
• Our Returns and Refund Policy governs the process and conditions for seeking refunds. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for more information.

9. Products and Services

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing information. However, prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without prior notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or issues identified by our fraud detection systems.

10. Market Data & Usage Rights

Certain Aurone Labs products (including Stock Radar) display financial and market data, such as share prices, indices, and related market information originating from the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) and other third-party data sources. This data is provided for your personal, informational use only and is subject to the following conditions:

• Market data is provided on an "as is" basis and may be delayed. It is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, timely, or suitable for any particular purpose, and should not be relied upon for real-time trading decisions.
• Market data remains the property of its originating exchange or data provider (including the CSE) and is protected by applicable intellectual property and database rights. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and view this data through our products.
• Redistribution is prohibited. You may not copy, republish, redistribute, sell, license, scrape, or otherwise make available any market data obtained through our products to any third party, whether in original or derived form, without the prior written consent of Aurone Labs and, where required, the relevant data provider.
• No commercial use. Market data may not be used for any commercial purpose — including creating competing data products or feeds — except under a separate written agreement with Aurone Labs.
• You may use insights and analysis you personally derive from the data for your own decision-making, provided you do not redistribute the underlying data itself.
• Access to market data is subject to the terms imposed by the originating data providers, and Aurone Labs may modify, restrict, or discontinue any data feed at any time to remain compliant with its data licensing obligations.

11. No Investment Advice

The content, data, tools, analytics, and any outputs provided through Aurone Labs products are for general informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice.

• Nothing on our platform is a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, or hold any security, financial instrument, or investment.
• Aurone Labs is not a licensed broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner, and no content should be interpreted as a personalised recommendation for your circumstances.
